Surface rust to steel parts (mounting bracket and handle and handle on tops) Some paint on back (see pic) Lens is thick plastic. The light socket is new and is "NOT"  original to light. Will need a new socket or use it like it is. Settled dust/dirt from storage. Weighs 8lbs. Sells in AS IS condition for use AS IS or restoration.
