We offer free UK shipping on most items. Most smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail. Larger items will be sent via UPS or ParcelForce. This will vary depending on the item so please check the shipping details at checkout.

We have been trading in used and refurbished goods (as well as new items) for over 12 years. You can be rest assured that our items have a clean history (not lost/stolen) and are NOT broken/damaged/returned stock.

We offer 30-day returns on all items apart from faulty items and certain items (perishables, customised items etc).

*All refurbished & used items come with a 6 month warranty as standard. Please keep your eBay invoice handy as you will need this for any warranty claims after the original 30 days.
