Hangs down 27" with shade, shade is 8" x 3 1/2" x 2 1/4"  excellent condition no cracks or chips   has warm brass patina, socket has new insulator and is properly rewired with modern replacement cloth covered light fixture wire and is properly woven through the solid brass chain see photos.  Has modern mounting Hardware and is ready to hang and light.

I will also include one GE. LED. 60w. bulb it is short so it wont show below glass shade as much it is also has a warmer light color than most LED. bulbs and is if needed available at Lowe's or Home Depot.

I can also shortened the chain on the fixture if desired at no cost.
