This is a 1985 Medallion issued to commemorate the 66th Anniversary of Theodore Roosevelt's death in 1919, featuring the Bust of Roosevelt with Double Eagles on the Reverse. I have graded the token as XF+; however, I am not a professional at grading tokens so would ask that you use your own judgment based on the photos that are provided. I believe the token is made of nickel clad copper and it is larger than a U.S. Half Dollar at approximately 1.50 inches in diameter.
