ITEM CONDITION - Cover is bright with obvious surface wear with 4 staples along left edge ..... binding is holding, spine surface is worn, a previous owner attempted to staple the spine so there are 5 staples along right edge.  Interior numbers 206 pgs - all are there and in quite good condition, no markings, tears, cutouts, odors.  OVERALL - EXTERIOR IS ACCEPTABLE ..... INTERIOR IS GOOD/VERY GOOD!
