Been accused of being a hoarder. I prefer to call it, not putting things in their proper place in a timely matter. And, bringing home treasures that I'll get to really soon.
Had one household type garage sale here about 25 years ago. About 10 people showed up, never had one since.

From cars, Backhoe, Farm implements, There will be LOTS of breakables: Glassware, Pottery, Porcelain, Knickknacks, etc. Games, Toys, Prints, Ephemera. Hundreds of Playboy Vargas girls, Playboys from 1968 to??  
Tons of scrap iron brass aluminum copper wiring.

Welders, VTG Vises, Axes, Hatchets, Couple hundred cow bells, Couple hundred rotary telephones (Most were tested).
Handicap scooters (some for parts, some just old, most just need batteries).
VTG Industrial gas engines and lots of parts (even obsolete Tecumseh).
Industrial benches (Army surplus, etc),
Milling machine.
HD 5 HP 2 stage compressor w/ starter box.
Billygoat 8HP lawn vac.
Wood working, Grizzly cast iron table saw with accessories, Jointer.

2 Onan Gensets (1 on propane) Couple rebuilt Kohler and Briggs (maybe 12 to 14 HP.

Used aluminum roofing (from my barn and one outbuilding).

We have to completely dispose of everything in 4 buildings to clean the farm up so we can sell it and find something smaller.
