Somewhat relaxed depending on waist size etc. Ideal for 32-34 waist. The shorts could even fit up to size 36 inch waist but the relaxed feel is reduced and probably would look bit tight around the side/back etc.  

These are brand new, tag (though partial) still attached. Size 'M' - Medium.
