Wrist is not elastic and measures 8” but I’d be more comfortable saying 7 3/4 to be safe since it doesn’t stretch there.

The upper part of the arm band is elastic and measures 12” when fully stretched open.

The total length is 22 inches

The puff part is of course not stretchy and is the widest part
