This is my Bulova week. No not watch sales, but the transistor radios that Bulova sold in jewelry stores in the late 1950s and early 1960s. Here's the 740 "Sprite", tiny madel made in Japan for Bulova, circa 1959. (The radios were labeled "Made under Bulova engineering supervision in Japan." Really?) These are very pretty little sets, especially in this turquoise blue color.

This example is in near mint cosmetic condition, without any chips or cracks in the plastic. Included in the box is the earphone in iuts original snap-close plastic pouch, the unused leather case still in the plastic and the paperwork. The radio takes an obsolete 6-volt battery and has not been tested.

I have been collecting transistor radios and TVs for more than 25 years, and am now "thinning" my collection. Most are like new in the box, so keep an eye on my auctions!

Shipping as stated is for residents of the continental USA. I will also gladly ship this outside the USA via the eBay Global Shipping Program, but if you reside outside the USA, please check if your country is on the eligible list before bidding. If you win more than one radio, I am happy to combine packaging to save postage, but please message me after the auctions before paying so I can send a discounted Invoice.
