Everything works except the power tilt for the face. A couple years ago the plastic worm gear somehow broke and fell out. I wasn't confident enough to open up the unit to try and reinstall it. However, the faceplate can be tilted manually no problem, no loss of functionality just not as convenient when using cds/dvds.
