Had these for years and have had great luck with them. Function perfectly. 

Woofers have a little leftover sealant on the mounting rings because I used them in a sealed install. Scraped most of the sealant off but they aren't perfectly clean. Purely cosmetic and can't be seen behind the speaker grills - check out the photos. 

All hardware shown is included, including the never-used/never installed MB Quart grills.
