Beautiful Zara blue striped blouse~jacket. Elasticated cuffs with balloon sleeves, it is embroidered and embellished and is stunning on. Open front with tie at the neckline.

Size medium, please check approx measurements in photos.

Has been worn but is in really condition, there is a mark on the back of one of the arms, please see photos. I have hand washed it and it came out beautifully but then noticed these marks. Not sure if they would come out with a soak or not.
