10) Items may require cleaning. It is up to the buyer to clean them.

12) We strive to have your purchase wrapped securely and in the carriers hands within 48 hours of receiving your payment. We do not ship on weekends. Any purchases/payments received on Friday - Sunday will not ship until Monday. Holidays will delay shipping if postal service is not available.
13) Local pick up is always welcome. Someone will always be here Monday through Sunday.
