Don't let this one get away.  This is an original, hand carved and stunning figure piece and was treasured by an antique appraiser for many years who collected Asian artifacts.  This dignitary figure sits on a throne and is entirely made of sculpted and carved solid wood.  From research and passed down information, he appears to be from the Qing Dynasty circa 1850 era.  His approximate measurements are 9.75”H x 5”Wx 3.6”D and weighs 2 lbs., 7.2 ounces on a digital scale.  His high status is affirmed by his pose, solemn face, official’s robes and refined head covering.  Comes complete with beautiful solid dark stained wood stand from Hong Kong with beautifully articulated feet that measures 9”W x 5.25”D.

Item is in really good condition considering its age.  Please note cracks in wood and broken head adornment before bidding and enlarge photos for viewing condition detail.  Wear marks only add to its character and beauty.  Being sold in AS IS condition.  If you are a serious collector of Asian artifacts, this would be a superb piece as an addition to your collection.
