·The front is a portrait of the half-portrait of Princess Galyani Vadhana and her full name in the Thai language.
· On the back is a picture of her royal coffin, the time during her alive (6 May 1923 -2 January 2008) ,and side letters “Memorial of the Royal Cremation Ceremony.
