This antique painting is an original work by Elena Gamova, a Russian artist  and is in rathernaieve style. Measuring 20 x 30cms, this small painting depicts a charming country scene, church and farm in the background, with a man and animals in the foreground and some horses. It dates from early 1900s. There is some loss of paint on the bottom right of the image.

The painting is on a hanging board without a frame . The artist's signature can be found on the piece, but there is no certificate of authenticity included. It's very typical in style and subject of traditional Russian art but with a niaeve style.
