Due to unfair eBay policies that give more protection to dishonest, immature, ignorant, irresponsible, and fake buyers rather than honest sellers, please read the disclaimer:

By participating in this auction you agree and understand the following:

• I prefer US shipping only, however, if you reside outside of the US and you are interested in the item you must contact me ASAP for a shipping price estimate BEFORE YOU EVEN ATTEMPT TO BID!!!

• If you are the winner, you were serious about the item you won, therefore either immediate payment is required or you must contact me immediately with payment details. In any case, payment must be received within 72 hours after the auction ends, otherwise, the auction’s item will be re-listed.

• I will make everything possible to ship your item(s), before noon the following day after payment is posted with the exception of weekends and federal holidays. If in the unlikely event, I anticipate any delays, you will be notified about it as soon as possible. 

• I usually ship via USPS flat rate Priority Mail boxes. I know this is not the best shipping option, but it is convenient. Please do not ask me to ship; a different courier, faster option, slower option, or any other way. If I cannot send it for free, I usually subsidize a portion of the shipping cost anyway.

• If you have an account with less than 3 positive feedbacks and/or an account with less than 1 year old, ask a friend who has more to bid for you. I am sick and tired of people who bid for fun, win, don’t pay, and don’t respond to emails. Not even to say it was a mistake, joke, or “I didn’t know what I was doing”. Stop wasting my time. It is rude and childish. Only serious bidders, please.

• I will answer any questions to the best of my knowledge as soon as I see them unless you ask for something that is already in the description. Ask questions early, not 10 minutes before the auction ends.

• I don’t have a store. I use eBay as it was intended and all items I sell are usually my own, used, but in good working condition (unless stated otherwise) that I have no more use for and I am trying to get rid of. Therefore I do not accept returns, period.

• I list very detailed descriptions and take very detailed pictures, usually showing item imperfections rather than how ideal it is. I take honesty before profit.

• Rare exceptions include the wrong item received, or items dead on arrival ONLY!!! If I sent the wrong item or the item was DOA, you have to contact me immediately with that information. I will not even respond to such claims 5 days after the estimated delivery time. In any case, returning postage is your responsibility.

• Make sure that what you bid for is what you need/want. I will not accept any lame excuses.

• Any arrangements must be concluded before the auction ends.

• Do not ask me to end the auction sooner.

• Payment via address confirmed PayPal only.

• If I list a “free bonus” it is a marketing strategy, therefore you cannot complain about the bonus, to eBay or me. The auction is for THE item, not a bonus.

• If you do not like these rules; go away.
