the tinsel strands are only loosely woven into the black chiffon, so they lave loose ends, and a few strands are missing or cut short.
care tag removed, but it should be hand washed and hang dried.

no stretch, except at waist band. meant to be a bit oversized.
bust: up to 40".
28 to 34" waist.
21" long.
no size labeled, fits like a medium, i'd think.
