very good quality beautiful piece of shiny see through fabric, 1.85 m x 3 m (185cm length x 300cm wide), 

the colour is white with some black threads though the fabric which makes it stripy. 

the fabric is see through. i was going to make an overskirt to an evening ball gown but never managed to use that piece for it.

the fabric has some stiffness and is made of an artificial fibre but i can't remember what exactly 

 in very good new condition  as per photo, 

 it has been siting in my cupboard for years ... it needs to find a new home!
