After 7 days of auction end we will open an unpaid item case.
After 7 more days we will close our case against you

NI/Eire and Scottish Highland Bidders: Please ask for postage costs prior to bidding if this is a heavy item and is being sent by courier. Items less than 2kg will be sent at the quoted price through Royal Mail. Our office is open Tuesday to Friday 10.30am to 3pm any questions we get will be answered within 48 hours where possible. Postage: We will always obtain proof of postage. UK Bidders Royal Mail compensation is a maximum of £26.00 if your item exceeds £50.00 it will be sent via 1st class recorded or via signed for courier depending on size.
This ebay shop is run entirely by volunteers so we would appreciate your understanding if there is a delay in the dispatch of your item. We take every care to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us in the first instance to give us the opportunity to put right any given situation. Whilst we cannot be held responsible for items broken in transit due to postal services, as a gesture of goodwill we will on receipt of photo's of broken items issue a full refund as soon as possible. Herriot Hospice is a charity organisation which provides care for terminally ill patients. All profits from the sale of items supports patients and their families in the local community.
