This skirt was made from a kit and is stunning. There are a few minor stains on the white felt not visible really. Where the skirt was folded and stored you can see a faint line across skirt ( down the middle), all sequins attached non missing. If you love the vintage 70’s feel, this should be yours. All that is left is cutting to fit your tree! Because this not cut it could also be used as a table cloth.
