This is Generations Selects Galvatron!  He's loose but comes with all his stuff (two rifles, arm cannon and orange arm cannon barrel, matrix on chain), and instructions are included.  He's also stickered already, so look at the photos to see if I did a good job or not, I guess.  No packaging, no used sticker sheet.  Everything you see in photos!
