Shipping notes:  I use the eBay Standard envelope for inexpensive cards ($20 or under).  For more expensive cards, I use calculated USPS Parcel Shipping (based on distance between me and you, the buyer).  (These are eBay's rules!)  For cards going through the Authentication Process, they must be shipped individually to the authenticator (using USPS Parcel Shipping, and with insurance as my cost).  

I can combine shipping (when possible) for auctions that end near each other, typically within 2-3 days of each other.  If you have any questions, please ask! (Note that combined shipping will necessarily use the more expensive shipping if required, i.e. if an individual card is more than $20.)
