This is a Vandoren A45 Jumbo Java mouthpiece for alto saxophone with a gold metal ligature plus one sealed box of Vandoren Java Red #2 reeds.  MP is untouched,  new-in-box,  removed from box just briefly only for the purpose of taking the photos.
