Vintage 1920s Creamy Ecru Drop Waist Silk Satin Flapper Wedding Dress

Estimated modern medium or large depending on build and/or desired fit. Please keep in mind this will need to be pulled over your head - PLEASE see measurements to confirm and/or make your own best judgment call as to sizing and keep in mind, when looking at the measurements, there really is not any stretch. 

This dress was soaked / hand laundered, but will absolutely need to be pressed / steamed. This will either be shipped in a large polymailer or folded and shipped in a box. Again, it will absolutely need to be pressed / steamed.

FEATURES:

Pullover style. Ruffles on sleeves, skirt, and neckline. Short sleeves. Drop waist. Trailing ribbons at waist.

COLOR: it’s sort of a creamy ecru color.

WOUNDS FROM TIME:

Some fraying to the trails. A couple of spots (see ribbon trails). There are a couple areas with some discoloration (not incredibly noticeable imo - but see photos and video to make your own judgment). Some scuffing to satin.

MATERIAL: I believe it to be silk satin. Obviously that is just a guess, but feel, touch, period appropriateness all would point to that

This is thin and will need a slip or bodysuit to go underneath

Measurements taken flat and APPROXIMATE

Shoulder to shoulder- 21”

Shoulder to bottom of second ribbon - 20”

Waist at that point- 20”

Hips - 24” keeping in tact some pleating

Chest front (underarm to underarm)- 22”

Chest back (underarm to underarm)- 21.5”

Shoulder to front of hem- 44”

Sleeve length -7”

I am 5’2” and weighed 100 pounds at the time the video was filmed. This was much looser on me than intended
