This auction is for an original, Dino-Riders Tyrannosaurus Rex.
This is an amazing example of the Dino Riders T-Rex, probably the best item in the entire Dino-riders line!
This is near complete, as far as I can see it is missing the rubber clips for the legs, and two rear guns that seem to be snapped off of the frame, and one of the cage like pieces has broken clips. Not all the individual Rulon assessors are included, but there are some extra figure and accessories included in the set to make up for this. It displays amazingly well, and there are no brakes or damage to the dinosaur. I've tested the electronics and it doesn't work, so this is sold as a display piece. The battery cover is there, the inside terminals have oxidized, though there isn't much corrosion. I carefully assembled the parts and it looks fantastic. Dinoriders are notorious for going brittle and breaking and this example has survived remarkably well. The last picture is a copy of the parts list for this set, I have ticked all the parts included so you can see exactly what you are getting.
The box is very good and makes a giant center piece for any collection. It displays well, and has the foam insert, instructions, comics, inner figure tray, and clear plastic windows all intact. It is opened at both ends, one end was ripped open causing some damage to that end which I have photographed and this gives you a clear idea of what you will receive.
Great example of this hard to find set, a great addition to any Dinoriders or vintage toy collection.
