Russian .925 Silver & Red & White Enamel Small Fork Antique

For your perusal, is a lovely little fork with enamel decoration. I believe this piece is Russian, but happy to be corrected as I’m not an expert on Russian silver. The fork has 2 tangs and the handle is decorated with red & white enamel. The silver is .925 silver and is fully hallmarked.

The piece is in good condition for its age, which could be around the year 1900 (again, happy to be corrected). There is some damage to the enamel on the back of the handle. There are some scratches, age, usage marks & some tarnishing, pitting & dings to the metal, which are common in pieces of this age. Please see photos as these form part of the description (photos 2 to 5 are of all 4 sides of the bowl). 

The fork measures approximate 10.8cm long.
