Imperial Russian Silver 84 & Gold 14K, Cigarette Case, Moscow 1898-1914, Marked

A beautiful antique sterling silver cigarette case with Gold 14K initials attached on one corner. It is marked with the Kokoshnik mark and "A0AM3", we know it was made in Moscow between 1898-1914 and we think the maker was Ivan Sergeyevich Lebedkin.
