White cotton, with a rainbow of coloured polka dots.

Styled in a classic pintuck bodice, puff sleeves and with a gathered skirt. 

Trimmed with fun pink satin ribbon. 

Has 3 layers to the skirt..... the printed cotton, a white layer under that and then a white layer with pink net attached. All the layers are cotton. 

measures: as per photos. 

Condition: only worn once... small faint stain at top of skirt by waist, hardly visible but want to state it. One small break in the tulle net at rear, but could be hand sewn back, as the tulle is still there.
