The chair is highly carved throughout with great attention to the details, the scrolling arms each have a Reclining Young Female Putti at the tops and raised acanthus carving at the ends, a Figural carved Crest with the Winged Cherubs holding a Central coat of arms plaque, and there are 2 different highly carved stretchers at the front and back of the base on paw feet.
