Here we offer you Two talented designer’s works, one in sterling and 18k the other in sterling and 14k. We thought these two items just looked great together so we decided to think outside the box a little and other both of them together in one auction. The first item is a wonderful bow, designed as only Charles Krypell can do. he has such a flair that he can take an ordinary bow and make it extraordinary. The way he designed it, the deep curves, the twists, the deep grooves that house the twisted gold pieces. The piece is not like the typical thinner bow pieces you see, it is deep, curvy. Tried to show in pics, but don’t think they do the piece justice. The piece is is wonderful condition. It really looks like it was just made even though it is a vintage piece. Looks like someone bought it, or received it as a gift and just stored it away. You can see the gold and sterling marks in the pictures. The piece is approx. 2 1/4 inches wide to give you a feel for the piece. It has nice weight to it. It is not thin or flimsy, hence the substantial pin bar on the back side.

Item number two in this lot. These earrings are part of a series/theme that Bill Blass did many years ago. The clover theme. These earrings are exquisitely detailed, very nice balance of the clover leaf design with the larger 18k clover standing out to grab your attention. The earring design is very dimensional with the 18k clover raised above the rest of the earring designs. They are in great condition, we see no scratches, dents, etc. They are for pierced ears, clip and posts and they have nice longer posts. Sometimes the posts are really on the shorter side which makes the earrings pinch the lobe when wearing. These are earrings you could wear everyday and the are earrings that could hold their own for fancier times in our opinion.
