Sein einziger Möbelentwurf ist der Casalino für Casala, den es als Stuhl und Kinderstuhl in verschiedenen Höhen gibt. Mit sehr großer Freude entwirft er zwei Jahre lang diese Stuhlreihe aus Plastik. Plastik ist das neue Material der Zeit.

1971 wurde er mit dem Preis "Die gute Industrieform" ausgezeichnet. Die Erfolgsgeschichte von Casala beginnt.

Es blieb bei diesem einen Entwurf.

Auf der Kölner Möbelmesse wird 2008 die Reedition vorgestellt. Die Produktion ist eingestellt worden.

Dieses Pärchen Casalino I sind im Jahr 1971 hergestellt und leuchtend orange. Es sind Kinderstühle mit einer Sitzhöhe von 32 cm. Sie tragen die Modellbezeichnung 2000/0/1.

Casalino 2000/0/1 children's chair by Alexander Begge (1971) for Casala

His only furniture design is the Casalino for Casala, which is available as a chair and children's chair in different heights. He takes great pleasure in designing this chair series for two years.

In 1971 he was awarded the prize "The Good Industrial Form". The Casala success story begins.

It remained with this one design.

The reedition is presented at the Cologne Furniture Fair in 2008. Production has been discontinued.

Our Casalino I chairs were produced in 1971 and are bright orange. They are children's chairs with a seat height of 32 cm. They bear the model designation 2000/0/1.
