Antique Imperial Russian Silver 84, Cigarette Case, Moscow 1908-1926, Marked

A beautiful antique sterling silver cigarette case. From the Kokoshnik mark "Δ & Woman's head profile facing right & 84" we know that it was made in Moscow between 1908-1926 (Second Kokoshnik mark that changed in 1908 from intaglio to relief). It is also marked "BAK" but we could not identify the maker. Push button has a red transperant stone, probably a ruby.
