This is a vintage genuine leather carrying case for a priest to use on a sick call.  Zipper closure.  Comes with a gold pyx with IHS on the front, brass oil stock, and small linen cloth.  It measures 6 1/2 inches long x 4 inches wide x 1 1/2 inches thick.  Some signs of age and usage, but overall in good usable condition.
