SHIPPING: I take great care when shipping items to the
buyer. If an item arrives damaged due to skimping on shipping, I am out the
item and the money. Therefore, all items are packaged in zip bags for
protection before being placed in a poly bag, box, bubble mailer, or cardboard
flat mailer. Packages are then taped closed, and the label is taped on the
package. These items are not free to me, nor are they free to you. The shipping
price includes a minimal fee to cover the cost of shipping supplies. I do not
inflate shipping for extra profit. However, package dimensions and weight are
entered into eBay's shipping fields, and eBay handles all shipping from there.
The cost to you is the cost eBay assigns to the package in its system. Unless
you purchase multiple items where I can combine shipping, the cost is as listed
on the listing. Based on the abovementioned variables, my shipping prices may
be lower, the same, or higher than other sellers, and I have no idea how eBay
calculates shipping costs. No one likes to pay for shipping, and shipping
prices have increased. Therefore, it is up to you, the buyer, whether the price
listed on my listings fits within your budget and is something you are willing
to pay for quality shipping.
Please pay close attention to the photos provided, as they
are crucial to understanding this item’s condition. We take great care to
capture images that accurately depict each piece, including any flaws or unique
features. As these are pre-loved items, we strongly encourage you to review all
photos closely to ensure you are fully informed of the item’s condition and
specifics before making a purchase. Your careful consideration and attention to
detail are highly valued as we strive to provide a transparent and satisfactory
shopping experience.
Given that all items are preowned, it's important to note
that we can't always determine how the item was laundered or cared for, or
whether it came from a smoking or nonsmoking home. This could potentially
affect the sizing, as shrinkage is a possibility. If you're unsure about the
sizing, especially if measurements are not included, or if you need more
information on a listing before purchasing, please don't hesitate to ask for
measures. I wash all clothes that can be washed. However, I do not launder or dry
clean, dry clean garments. They are sold as is, in the condition they were in
when purchased.
Also, when a piece of clothing has flaws, I do my best to
photograph it and include that photo with the listing. However, I am only human
and can miss small or unobvious flaws. If this happens, please know I do not
intend to mislead or misrepresent any item. You are welcome to contact me with
any concerns. I may also contact you if I notice a flaw while packaging for
shipping that I didn't notice prior.
RETURNS: I cannot accept returns at this time because I am a
new, small business. The only exception is when items do not match listing
descriptions. However, you can always contact me to inquire about an issue with
any item listed in my store.
