This is a beautiful original Stevenson & Hancock period Derby centrepiece circa 1860, featuring a seated girl holding flowers flanked by lattice baskets with floral borders, all on a shaped and pierced base.

For restoration, the left basket has been broken and repaired and the glue is now yellowed, one or two similar repairs to the right basket, two firing hairlines to the base secured with the same yellowed glue.

Width is 27 cms, depth is 12 cms and total height to the top of the girl's hat is 20 cms.
