       I found out they are compatible with "AT&T", "Comcast business" and T-mobil BUT "Spectrum" is not working with these phones unfortunately. I also paid $3.99 for a report of an each phone to verify whether or not locked and status of clean.

I have two reports on hand which show both they are clean and unlocked(I will provide you after purchasing).
