This doll is adorable in her red shorts with white polka dots, yellow shirt and cap. She wears white lace up roller skates.
Big gray eyes, feathered brows and closed mouth. 
Shirt says "Lees Drive In" on the back and "Polly" on the front.

Original outfit, tray with rootbeer drink/hotdog/ticket/coins, COA, mini bible, hand tag, Stand, & box.
** I noticed the hot dog appears to be taped onto tray but can't see it upon display.

She is signed and numbered on the back of her neck.
