Snap-On Tool Four Leaf Clover novelty pocket screwdriver.  These were mostly given away by Snap-On sales people as promotional gifts to valued customers.  This piece was found with my grandpa's old stuff and he was the owner of one of the oldest auto repair shops in the Pittsburgh area.  We are not collectors or experts on Snap-On tools but we will try to answer any questions you might have.  Please take a good look at the pictures.  Thanks for looking.
