New without tags! Never worn so pristine, like new condition! Elastic waist with zipper side pockets. Both legs have zippers that go from top to bottom for easy on/off to wear only when needed. Flap over zippers keep the rain out. Bottom of legs have velcro to fit to your gear for a tight seal.
