Antique miniature doll sleigh, made of wicker and oil cloth, with metal frame and runners.  Precise age is unknown.  There are minor condition issues; some rust on the metal, a few places where the wicker has splintered.  The wicker and wooden handle are stained in a dark reddish color.  It measures about 12" high, to the highest point on the curved metal handle; and about 10.5" long.  The interior would seat a very small doll, maybe a 4-5" high doll.
