Available to fit the following photo sizes
3.5" x 5" - Frame measures approx:120mm x 150mm x 10mm
4" x 6" - Frame measures approx: 135mm x 185mm x 10mm
5" x 7" - Frame measures approx: 165mm x 215mm x 10mm
8" x 10" - Frame measures approx: 250mm x 300mm x 10mm
These photo frames can stand in either Portrait postion as shown in the picture or in Landscape. They also have a hook on the back to be hung on a wall in portrait position.

ENGRAVING INFORMATION

Engraving can be 4 lines in total Each Line up to 20 characters including spaces on the 3" and 4" and 25 character per line including spaces on the 5" and 8". This is engraved 2 lines above and 2 lines below the photo area.
Because we cannot see your line layout please use a # symbol to show us the start of your second line (this wont be engraved)
Please send your requirements including the name of font through eBay message or leave on the eBay note to seller.  If no font name is given the engraver will use the font he feels looks best. Please double check your spelling before you submit it to us, once engraved mistakes cannot be corrected. Please do not send us your requirements multiple times this will cause problems.

Engraved Products;
If in the unlikely event the product you purchased from us is found to be faulty or damaged please contact us to arrange a replacement item.

Please supply photos where possible to help speed this process up. This does not include spelling / typing errors unless the fault was ours.

Please note; we do not accept change of mind returns on personalised products because once personalised they cannot be re-sold therefore if there is a possibility that you may wish to return your purchases please do not personalise it.

Non Engraved Products;
If in the unlikely event you are not happy with the product you purchased from us we offer 30 day no quibble money back guarantee.

The item must be returned to us in its original retail packaging undamaged so it can be resold.

We aim to make delivery of orders within a week of purchase.

We do not charge for delivery and usually post using Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Tracked 48.

We also offer a quicker delivery service using Royal Mail Tracked 24. This can be selected at checkout.

Please note Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a 'Guaranteed' next day delivery. Therefore we can give no guarantee that it will arrive within 24 hours.
