The pattern is #13591 and the "Dainty" shape is a favorite Shelley line. The edges of the piece are trimmed in pale blue to accentuate the sweet floral pattern. This plate is bone china & crafted in England. Piece carries the green Shelley mark under the base & the pattern number. Condition is excellent! No chips/cracks or repairs & minimal use.
