Once you have placed your order you will receive an email with details on how to send your photo to us,
this email provides you with our email address and uploader link.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAILS FROM EBAY ONCE YOU HAVE PAID
For best results please make sure the file size is over 500kb for jpg/jpeg/pdf and over 1mb for PNG/BMP files
Our Canvas Prints are a simple, no fuss product, these come ready to hang!
An ideal gift, impress friends and family at a fraction of the cost.
DO NOT SEND PHOTOS FROM FACEBOOK, These are generally too small and we cannot print these images onto Canvas.
DO NOT SEND PHOTOS VIA EBAY MESSAGES, ebay messages reduce the file size and these are then not suitable for Canvas Prints.
When emailing from your smart phones please make sure you send the original photo and make sure it is sent FULL SIZE.

SQUARE PHOTOS, If we receive square photos from you create in apps or similar these will be supplied on square frame at 16x16"
If your photo is not suitable for your canvas prints they will be delayed! Please check your emails regularly including JUNK mail in case we have tried to contact you, If we do not get a response within 7 days a refund is issued.
- Please send your photo/s after the order has been placed if no photo is received we will email you requesting this if we do not get a response within days a refund will be issued and order canceled.
- Please DO NOT send images from Facebook these are not suitable for canvas printing.
- Please DO NOT send photos via ebay messages, ebay messages reduce the file size and these are then not suitable for Canvas Prints.
- Only High Res images accepted if in doubt please e-mail your photo before ordering and one of our team will check it for you and get back to you within 24hrs.
