5. Smaller size and cyber look (smaller than the standard Remote Control.

• If customer would pay with eCheck in paypal, it require 3 to 5 working days to be cleared.  We will ship the item once Paypal confirmed that the payment is cleared.

Shipping & Handling

• Item will be shipped within next 24 hours once we received the cleared payment (except Sat, Sund and Public holiday).
• Item will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail (with Tracking number).
  *If customer would ship by other carrier (eg. UPS, Fedex, DHL...), please contact us before purchase.
  Shipping time within USA is around 3 to 6 days.
• Shipping time for other countries is around 8 ot 14 days. But it may have delay if customs inspection is required.
• Buyer is responsible for any other tax if required.

Return

• Item must be returned within 14 days upon buyer received the item.  And must be informed us to get authorize before return. 
• Returned item must be in original condition in order to have refunded.
• Shipping fee is not refundable. 
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping fee.
• Money will be refunded in 3 working days upon we received the item.

Warranty

• We offer 12 month warranty.
• For warranty, customer MUST send the item to us and responsible for one-way shipping fee.  We will responsible to send the item back after checked and/or replace.
  

DOA (Dead on arrival)

• If you found damage when open the box, please inform us within 3 days upon you received the item.  Return the item to us within 7 days.  We will send replacement after received the item(s). 
• DOA will not be accepted if inform us more than 3 days. 
• A photo for the damage and packaging may help the process.  Hope buyer can understand we cannot send replacement without see the damage item.
