price is for one letter only, for example if you require the name MAX with train and carriage, total price will be £1.19*5=£5.95

We do not provide picture printing serivce, you will only get an empty photo frame train if you ordered one, you need to print and cut the picture at your end.


Ways of Ordering:

1. Select your 1st letter from drop box, then click "add to basket" then select your 2nd letter, until you finish all the letters (don't forget to order train and waggon) then click "basket" icon on the top right corner of the screen, you can review your purchase and then go through checkout.

2. For customers ordering using a mobile device (e.g. no basket function) please order multiple identical letters and send us a message immediately after purchase use "note to seller" function this needs to be done as you go through checkout. For example, if you need letters GEORGE with train and waggon, order 8 Gs and then send us a message when go through checkout you require letters GEORGE

Royal mail 2nd class postage within the UK, if you require the items more urgently please select 1st class option when go through checkout. select as many letters as you need and pay all invoices in one go (do not pay separately)

Please note the train only has an eye at the end and the waggon only has a hook at the front.
