This is an American Lucky Charms cereal box showing a Bug's Life Bug figurine promotion, released by General Mills in 1998. This is the 14 oz/396g box. Box is flattened and in very good condition with some light but noticable creases. Flattened, it measures about 14" (35cm) x 10" (25cm). This is authentic, fully licensed and completely authorized by the Walt Disney Company.
