Heritage Nylon & Chain Check Collar

Hardwearing and weatherproof, these training collars have a simple design but are very strong.
They have durable nylon and chrome plated, welded link chains so they will not split like cheaper collars. Coming in a choice of either Red or Black
If your dog pulls on the lead, the collar will tighten to remind him not to pull. A traditional collar will choke the dog if he pulls, as his airway will be cut off but these just tighten around the neck instead. Whilst uncomfortable, they are far more humane than a collar that doesn't move and simply chokes your dog if they are prone to pulling.
PLEASE make sure that your dogs head isn't wider than the maximum size of the collar as the neck size will be smaller - if the collar isn't large enough it won't fit over your dogs head.
The widths of the nylon and the thickness of the chain links are as follows
Small (25-35cm) - 1cm width / 0.4cm thickness
Medium (35-45cm) - 1.5cm width / 0.7cm thickness
Large (45-60cm) - 2cm width / 1cm thickness
XL (50-70cm) - 2cm width / 1.2cm thickness
XXL (55-75cm) - 2.5cm width / 1.2cm thickness
Always measure your dog before purchasing a collar and please supervise your dog at all times when using a check collar
Delivery is FREE via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked - Delivery Time 2-3 working days. We dispatch all orders paid for by 1.30pm the same day, any orders paid after this time may not be dispatched until the next working day (please note Bank Holidays & Weekends are not classed as working days)

RETURNS- We are happy to accept returns or exchange items if you need a different size or colour - as long as the following conditions are met.
- You must inform us that you want to return the item no more than 30 days after receiving your item
- Ensure you send either the original invoice or a returns slip as this is required to process an exchange or refund.
- The item must be returned in its original packing, undamaged, bent or marked
- If returning a dog harness/coat please ensure they are clean and dog hair free
We understand that customers may want to try items on their pets to ensure they fit, this is fine, but please do not remove tags until you are sure you are happy with your purchase.
Items MUST be returned in perfect unused & re-saleable condition
If goods are found to be returned used, misused or damaged, we reserve the right to issue you a partial refund. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with the post office, a re-delivery charge to the customer will be required before we can resend the item.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us. We do not accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post, so please ensure that your item is sent via a tracked service ensuring that the item is returned safely. Postage is non-refundable, we don't pay for return postage if item is being returned for an exchange or because you have decided you no longer wish to keep the item.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR ITEMS RECIVED IN ERROR
For any items that may be damaged in the post, received in error or are faulty please contact us through the eBay messaging system or click "return this item" next to the item in your purchase history in My eBay, a Pre-Paid returns postage label will be provided via eBay. Please ensure you send the original invoice or a returns slip as this is required to process your exchange or refund.

If you want to change the shipping address for your item this must be done before making your payment as we can not change the shipping address after purchase. We are not always able to check all messages on order notes or other information before shipping.
