NEW SOFTWARE may only be returned if unopened or if software is defective. If software is defective, replacement of the same item will be sent to buyer once defective software is received. Buyer will be credited for return shipment costs at a maximum of $2.95. If buyer returns unopened software (not returned due to defect), buyer pays return shipping and item must be returned in original condition.
