Your cat or kitten will adore playing in one of these Ancol multi sensory tunnels or when they come out they can play with the plastic playground or you can hide some Catnip in one of the Cat Nip Pockets for extra fun.
The Tunnels
Y-Shaped Purple - 25cm diameter openings on three 60cm long Tunnels made of crinkly material to fascinate your cat, all joined together in the middle to make a Y-Shape. The middle has a hole for your cat to jump out of which can also be used to dangle a toy (not included) or a catnip pocket to tease and delight your feline friend. It also folds flat for storage (8cm high by 25cm diameter) so can be put away easily ready for the next playtime so don't be alarmed by its size in the photo.
Red Polka Dot Tunnel - 25cm diameter openings on either side of a 130cm long tunnel that have red dangly pom poms on each opening. There are a further 2 holes in the roof of the tunnel that are also 25cm in diameter as per the photo. It also folds flat for storage (8cm high by 25cm diameter) so can be put away easily ready for the next playtime so don't be alarmed by its size in the photo.
Blue/Grey Tunnel - 25cm diameter openings on either side of a 50cm long Tunnel made of crinkly material that makes a sound your cat will love. It also has a soft and warm lining that your cat can snuggle up in and take a nap and also comes with a dangly ball for extra fun when they wake up. Folds flat for easy storage (5cm high by 25cm diameter).
Plastic Playground
This is the ultimate cat toy with its spring loaded Yellow pom pom and super fast Yellow ball track for your cat to bat with its paws and chase round and round. Measuring 27cm in diameter and around 8cm tall it is small enough to not get in the way but large enough to delight your cat and keep them entertained for hours so please watch the following video to see for yourself.

Catnip Pockets
These are an ideal accompaniment to one of the above tunnels as they are small soft plush toys which your cat will love to bat, paw and chase and can be hung on the inside of the tunnels. They come in 2 varieties (Grey Mouse & Yellow Bird) which all have a Velcro opening to allow you to put catnip inside for extra fun at playtime.
Delivery is FREE via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked - Delivery Time 2-3 working days. We dispatch all orders paid for by 1.30pm the same day, any orders paid after this time may not be dispatched until the next working day (please note Bank Holidays & Weekends are not classed as working days)

RETURNS- We are happy to accept returns or exchange items if you need a different size or colour - as long as the following conditions are met.
- You must inform us that you want to return the item no more than 30 days after receiving your item
- Ensure you send either the original invoice or a returns slip as this is required to process an exchange or refund.
- The item must be returned in its original packing, undamaged, bent or marked
- If returning a dog harness/coat please ensure they are clean and dog hair free
We understand that customers may want to try items on their pets to ensure they fit, this is fine, but please do not remove tags until you are sure you are happy with your purchase.
Items MUST be returned in perfect unused & re-saleable condition
If goods are found to be returned used, misused or damaged, we reserve the right to issue you a partial refund. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with the post office, a re-delivery charge to the customer will be required before we can resend the item.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us. We do not accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post, so please ensure that your item is sent via a tracked service ensuring that the item is returned safely. Postage is non-refundable, we don't pay for return postage if item is being returned for an exchange or because you have decided you no longer wish to keep the item.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR ITEMS RECIVED IN ERROR
For any items that may be damaged in the post, received in error or are faulty please contact us through the eBay messaging system or click "return this item" next to the item in your purchase history in My eBay, a Pre-Paid returns postage label will be provided via eBay. Please ensure you send the original invoice or a returns slip as this is required to process your exchange or refund.

If you want to change the shipping address for your item this must be done before making your payment as we can not change the shipping address after purchase. We are not always able to check all messages on order notes or other information before shipping.
